SHIPPING POLICY
Free of charge delivery will be made for customers purchasing more than 11,000 yen, with the exception of those in special areas (please refer to the list below).
Shipment of the ordered goods will be sent by airmail. Depending on the country to which shipment is sent, the number of days required will vary. (Standard shipment time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks) *The number of days for shipping might exceed this standard due to the country to which shipment is made.
Purchases by the customer might be taxable when the merchandise is received. Regarding customs duty, we’d like to ask the customer look into this matter themselves.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Before merchandise is shipped we'll carefully inspect the goods to ensure they are not defective, however if there is a manufacturing defect(sewing defect, binding defect, ect.) that causes the product to be defective we ask that you send us a report by e-mail accompanied with a photo. We'll then confirm the manufacturing defect and after reaching a decision will respond accordingly. *Moreover, this is limited to merchandise which is purchased and within 2 weeks from start of being worn.
*We only accept defective goods for return & rebound.
